If your account is suspended its almost always due to a billing issue. Your invoice wasn't paid or maybe your credit card expiration date needs updated. This can all be done from the client area control panel at: http://www.webresellers.net/whmcs/ (once your acccount is brought upto date, your account will automatically reactivated upon payment)

Some other common reasons an account would be suspended are: spamming. fraud, system abuse.
In these cases, you will want to contact the support department for the specific reason you account was suspended.
